short story, second
One day she was looking herself in the mirror. The reflection was average but average beautiful. She was pleased with what she saw. She was kinda of ok with it. Well … maybe her head was too round. Her hair was not that shining either. She was starring in the mirror and felt less desirable every second. Her mind was starting to be very rude and very loud. She couldn’t take it anymore. You shouldn’t think of anybody like that. Not even of yourself. Her head still couldn’t shut up. She started talking loudly. She was opposing to her insulting thoughts. She was having a really serious conflict. She was losing but the whole scene amused her. She felt absurd. She started laughing. Laughing out loud you would say nowadays. This is a story of this odd middle aged woman, who you run into when shopping for groceries, that is arguing with herself which yogurt should she buy.
